Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 10-14 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks (depending on your location & Mailing Courier).
Twill & Embroidery garments are made with attention to detail. This requires at least 14-28 business days for fulfillment & shipment from our warehouse. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks (depending on your location & Mailing Courier).
Please allow for 1-2 business days for your online tracking to update. In the event your package is stuck in transit, or shows delivered & you've never received your package, please contact your respective Mailing Courier & provide them with your information. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, The Hoopery is no longer responsible for your package.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns for damaged or deficient items you've received. If this is the case, please reach out to our Customer Service Department and file your claim. We request you send images of your product, and a description of the damage or deficient item. We will then send you instructions on your exchange.
We do not accept refunds, as each product on our site is made to order. Once we confirm your purchase, your order goes right into fulfillment.
